Let’s make sure we are on the same page!
Appointments:
Eden Hair Co. recommends rescheduling 1-2 appointments at every appointment before leaving the salon in an effort to reserve the date and time that best fits the client’s schedule. If appointments are not available during your preferred date and time, Eden Hair Co. also offers a cancellation list.
Cancellation:
In order to respect the time of our clients, Eden Hair Co. asks that you notify us of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will help us fill your spot with someone else who may be trying to get in.
Late Arrival:
Eden Hair Co. appreciates the client’s being on time. Often, we are booked back to back, and when you are late, you may not receive your full service, due to the risk of running into the next client.
NO SHOW:
Please be advised, if you no-show your appointment, rescheduling may be pushed out farther than desired. More than two no-shows may result in a deposit prior to booking. If you no-show for an extension appointment, there will be a $50 dollar fee any and every time.
Communication:
The best way to contact Eden Hair Co. is through the work phone or work email. Please refrain from contacting Kristy’s personal phone or personal social media platforms. This will help us streamline communication and keep client information organized.
Payment Methods:
We accept cash as well as all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted.
